How to request deletion

- •Optional notes
What will be deleted
When applicable, we will delete:
- •ScamBounce account profile
- •Family membership data
- •Shared blocked lists
- •Shared trusted lists
- •Cloud sync data
- •Alerts history tied to your account
What may remain
Some records may be retained temporarily for:
- •Billing compliance
- •Fraud prevention
- •Legal obligations
- •Security logs
- •Backup retention cycles
Local device data
Data stored only on your device may also be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage.
Processing time
Requests are typically processed within 30 days.
